Privacy Policy

The short version

Interlock collects the minimum needed to run your account and show you your own collection. We never sell your data, never share it with advertisers, and never use it for anything other than running Interlock for you.

What we collect

• Account info: your email address and a securely hashed password. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and profile picture from Google, and only after you approve it on Google's consent screen. We never see your Google password.
• Collection data: the sets and cards you add, including any photos, prices, and notes you enter. This is the product itself.
• Messages you send us: newsletter signups, waitlist entries, and contact-form messages, so we can respond and keep you updated.

That is the whole list. We do not run advertising trackers, we do not buy or append outside data about you, and we do not collect anything in the background.

How your data is protected

All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS. Your collection records are stored in a database with row-level security, meaning each record is locked to your account and cannot be read by any other user. Passwords are stored only as secure hashes that no one, including us, can reverse.

What we never do

• Sell, rent, or trade your personal information or your collection data.
• Share your data with advertisers or data brokers.
• Send you marketing on behalf of anyone else.

Third-party services we rely on

Interlock runs on trusted infrastructure providers (hosting and database) that process data on our behalf under their own security commitments. Card and set information is fetched from public catalog services (such as the Pokémon TCG API and Rebrickable) using only the search terms needed, never your identity.

Your controls

• You can delete anything in your collection at any time.
• You can request full account deletion, including every record we hold about you, by emailing Interlockconnect@gmail.com.
• You can unsubscribe from any email we send with one click.

Age requirement

Interlock accounts are for people 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13; if you believe a child has created an account, email us and we will delete it.
